Hotel Park Square Purnea

There were some rate issues, the rates were different online and offline. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and prompt. The restaurant service was good too, we liked the food. The staff made sure we get our bfast packed and handed to us the next day because we had to leave early (around 5AM). I would visit and avail their services again.

I stayed for 2days was a business trip in the hotel and it was fantastic. The room was clean and ambience was awesome. It was more than what I expected in a small town like Purnia. Gunja, working at the front desk was very helpful and soft spoken.
Hope they can maintain the similar level of hygiene.

Everything is Fine, food is fine, all male staff are mannered, Room are good, they will give you classic rooms even if you booked any rooms it's doesn't matter. But classic room is also good like 2 star hotel.

When you call or visit hotel if a female receptionist will receive your call she directly refuse your booking, every time she will give you trouble, she is psycho girl and hates couples because someone broken her hearts when he used her many times after that she try to trouble couples. She directly asked there is no rooms, it's doesn't matter that you booked rooms online and having id card with different state. Every time she will give you nonsense excuses and when you go to hotel she will hide from you, may be she needs someone who full fill her desire so if you do that than book here and first satisfy this girl than go...

Purnea was new city for me so asked for suggestion from my colleague and happy to say that it was a nice experience staying here. Ambience is good. Service is also quick and top notch quality of amenities, employee's behaviour is also superb.
As I am vegetarian so ordered veg food(paneer butter masala, dal tadka, steam rice, butter tandoori roti) and quality was satisfactory.
Varieties can be seen in Breakfast buffet 🍳☕🍞.

Our all staff team has been in Purnia, we stayed at Hotel Parks Care, all the staff there are very friendly and very good, the service here is very best and special attention is paid to cleanliness and the food is very good. These people make very tasty, all the people who come here, they are warmly welcomed here, the ladies and gents top here is very good and what to say about the owner of the hotel, he is also very good of our cybercrime team We thank them from the bottom of our hearts
