HOTEL SRI BALAJEE

1. Air conditioners without remote
2. Water resudal dripping from air conditioners inside room or on the bed
3. Wash basin does not works
4. Curtains are too dirty
5. Poorly managed reception
6. May be proprietor is less interested in running the hotel, he never takes care about inspection
7. One bell boy for all the room service and house keeping dressed in vest and half pant.
But at last nice clean rooms , and a budget hotel

Very bad management
1. Room is not clean
2. They dont change bedsheet in 3days
3. Towels are not available
4. Tv has paid channels but dont have remote.
5. Washroom door are damage
Worst experience.
There are various hotel near this try to go in another, Never take room in this hotel. Try to go in RK Palace in same cost with best service.

Personally I liked the hotel soo much although I had not booked any room there , just went there to find a room bt unfortunately the hotel was full booked but the hotel manager so was humble that he any how arranged a community hall for us(approx 70 student to give their BPSC pre exam). As per my experience the hotel was fully lashed with all the pre requirements and very hygiene, lights and room is very good. Overall its worth to be there👍

Nice hotel with good staff

Situated in a good location is the only good thing. Rooms are better than RK palace. But please avoid stay here. Stay in Saharsa or Forbisganj. Dirty bathrooms small rooms... No service. Hand printed bills. No CP Plan. Worst experience.

Worst service and lazy staff even they will never attended your calls.

Beautifully maintained , clean and fresh room. Located near Supaul Railway station.

Over priced, only ac rooms are good non ac room are so small and bad, not a proper service given by staff, don't book for marriage purposes. Good for small party. If you take extra hours also they will charge full day money.
