The hosts were really helpful and kind. Food was awesome and served hot everytime. The customer service was on point. They even went out of the way to guide us regarding certain things as we were totally new to that place. All in all it was an awesome experience and would definitely visit again.

Don't go by the outside look of the building. The place is pretty accessible although the entrance is a narrow road right before the petrol bunk which isn't very pleasing. But the room and service made up for it. Don't expect anything fancy. I went as a solo rider and halted for my journey ahead.

Situated far away from main town. Rooms are very small and clumsy. Even no place to keep your belongings. Good for a night stay only. Overpriced considering the amenities. The entrance is narrow and muddy. Not recommended.

Firstly, if the lodge is closed as the flood damaged your property, then don't make your hotel visible on any website be it MMT or OYO. Even after paying the full amount for two days' reservations, they have the freaking audacity to say that the hotel is closed after I have reached the destination.
It didn't even deserve a star! Just wanted to make my comment apparent to others

The hotel location is too far from silchar city , & the hotel was effected by recent flood, there no furniture in the room except 1 bed, Room size is very small, only 1 Caretaker in this guest house, No fooding facility inside the guest house. but the Caretaker is good in trams of room service & behavior.

Worst experience. Only 1 staff. Way inside a lane from the main road. No room service. Basic tea/coffee not available

Worst service.... should never book. They don't even check if you have a booking or not. Just fooling so that you pay whatever they want at the last moment

Very very poor service by manager you have to constantly make phone call Just for tea in morning still they will staight forward say no.. infact tea is also chargeble..and blankets given also not Clean and blankets cut by mouse.. service is very bad i suggest you not go by as is not at all professional.they don't konow how to behave with customer ..
