2 star just for the food that i ordered which they delivered half and hour later. The rooms are overpriced compared to the cleanliness and the overall hygiene of the room. Requested the staffs for a blanket for the third time but was ignored.

Total waste of money... Over charged... Very poor room service and other services...always put restrictions and charge again and again... Towels , bed sheets are not clean and not been replaced after the previous guest logged out... Staffs are too arrogant and not well mannered.

I would suggest no one should visit this Hotel, too dirty, rooms are fully equipped with amenities, in some room AC is not working, in some geasure, in some room shower I was offered 103, than 104 than 105, staff were clueless TV is also not working In short Horrible experience would not suggest anyone

Though centrally located, the hotel is not up to the mark in professionalism. Doesn't provide towel, doesn't have saperate house keeping, so the man serving you food may end up mopping your room and making your bed by standing on it. Doesn't have generator backup. During my last stay, one day I had to go ou for work without taking bath as there was now water because of no electricity.

Worst hotel ever. The price is high compared to the rooms and the rooms are very dirty and unhygienic, it literally stinks.The basic amenities are also not being provided, have to ask for it many times. The outer view looks attractive but inside is worst than ever.

There are several bullet points about this hotel as it is located in Shillong Patty. The shopping areas are all walking distance and i don't regret at all. The food? yes the food is superb and i love it. Keeping it short, yes, it is A must stay-in hotel!! 💖🥰

Rooms are not well cleaned setup is very poor, service mind boiling I mean resources are not sufficient for just a night stay regarding dinner it's very poor ground level staff are very good,kind but overall waste.

I have been on a north east tour for 20 days by mistake I chose this property they don’t know how to talk to the guest. After I checked inn one staff came n asked me to come to reception immediately as the manager is calling who does that. 2nd I was ready by morning 6AM waited at the reception for almost 1 hour to find someone who can open the hotel shutter .
In short Horrible experience would not suggest anyone
