Very worst place to stay, no hospitality towards their customers..they dont provide remotes of AC in the AC rooms when i asked the staff he said chori ho jata hei remote isliye hum nahi dete what a rubbish answer and as soon as u take ur dinner they start asking for the payment but when i said I ll pay when I ll go for checkout they denied me and said morning me Malik nahi hota isliye payment hand to hand mangta what a rubbish answer.... It seems they need only money & nothing to take with costumer satisfaction and Food is highly charged. Overall very bad experience. Zero out of 5 stars

Management is very disbalance. Cannot charge my phone because of the plug points in the room were not working. Booked lunch and the food was horrible. Can't even sleep properly. The bedsheets was not washed and my body itched whole night.

The hotel has the worst facilities with the customer, the whole family members runs the hotel's room in charge, catering, bills and payment. Since we had booked single room, the charging point do not work, so the room has been shifted to other room n same problem. Secondly, the food that we ordered for lunch was veg, and we asked for daal, there was no dal, so they tried to give us daal fry n it came after 15 minutes, when it came the daal was smelly n burnt, the owner do not respond to your call or any problem when addressed. So overall it's the worst hotel service provided, money minded. The mother is the receptionist, the two sons and father run about to talk to customer with zero ethics. Very rude n arrogance.

Went thrice, food quality to be improved as per price list, first time in life encountered bones in fried rice..
However its saddening meaning of fried rice is gagged up..

If u went to ledo bhantebaba ashram ...please don't stay in Bluemoon Hotel Margherita...One of the worst Hotel I had in my life Rs 1400 for double room ..not for price but behavior of the staff is not good..They used to take number of lady customer and used to call n text next day..as I am victim of that@Hotel Bluemoon

The rooms were not clean. Behaviour of the one who sits in the reception telling himself to be the son of the owner is worst. Don't know how to treat a female. Overall experience was so-so. Will not at all reccomend this hotel to any of my known person.

Never stay in this Hotel. Very dirty, poor food. They take GST amount whose stay billing amount is less than 1000. They ask extra money for everything. Food quality is low but price is high. Only loot.

Worst experience ever owner is very rude with customers doesn't have any manners how to deal with their customers...
