Best in town at such a affordable price. Rooms are very luxurious and clean. Behavior of caretaker is very polite and friendly🙂 Food is fresh with 24 hrs running water and electricity.Very peaceful environment and Parking available. Best for couples to have a wonderful and pleasurable stay with no disturbance. Hotel staff are also very much friendly and polite.

The executive guest house is the perfect example of being unprofessional and having poor customer service. We happened to book the place after looking at the positive reviews but unfortunately, we didn't had a very good experience. I've traveled across many homestays, and hotels for that matter, and I haven't received any sort of difficulties or problems regarding the same over the last few years. We were there for about 5-6 hours for the day, the bedsheet that was provided to us was damaged, but we didn't raise any sort of complaints to the caretaker of the hotel/ guesthouse. While we were checking out of the hotel, the caretaker happened to call us and started putting fake allegations that we happen to damaged the bedsheet (which was usually damaged in the very first place), he started behaving rudely, and upon discussion, we requested him if we can have a word with the owner of the hotel but he refused and instead he charged us Rs.700 for the bedsheet which was completely unreasonable. He called up his owner and had discussions regarding the same and over-exaggerated the whole situation over the phone and told us that we can leave and didn't have to pay anything ( Typically the fake charges Rs 700). Not willing to get an idea and upon asking him what happened, he replied "I won't be able to book hotels anymore since I have made my track record bad". There was no proper drinking water neither there was any clean water for basic purposes as well. The water was completely dirty and yellowish, the AC and TV were nonfunctional. They had Jio Fibre but there was no recharge so eventually, the wifi was also non -functional.The caretaker definitely lacks the sense of professionalism and the basics of customer service. I don't recommend this homestay at any cost. You'll find better deals with better service at the same price. It felt like I just wasted my money and it was definitely not value for money.

One of the best places i have ever stayed in. Homely environment. The caretaker Susheel Da is such a helpful human being. The room was spacious and tidy. Loved the stay. Would love to visit there again. Highly recommended.

The lock of the door is not properly ok, It automatically gets open if someone from the outside bangs it . And the behaviour of the receiptonist is also not good, he was vgar when asked to give a different room.

At the price, it's more than you can ask for. The caretaker is very helpful. Advice - don't be too loud because you can be heard across the room. Overall it was a very good experience.

Finding this place bit hectic but its worth putting an effort... nice big and clean room... however its away from heart of the town and no good restaurants nearby....

Good place. Remote location but near to uzanbazar . The behavior of staff was good.
