I never faced this types of experience in my whole life. I booked the room at the discount price. So when I went for check in the hotel staff did not allow me and they told me i have to give them extra money. other wise they will not allow us for check in. I have already paid the amount . But they take extra money for 300 . it was a very dangerous experience for me for the whole life... I have travelled the entire India. but never find this types of Issue. I would like to request to Oyo so that they can solve this issue. other wise very people can face this problem.

The sanitation and cleanliness of the facility overall is worst than a local railway station. I have sent the photographs to Oyo via email demanding full refund but not a single executive reverted back. I am still waiting for some apologies and refund. The OYO JP Guest house also did not issue receipt for Rs. 3,394/- he compeleld me to pay at check-in. This is in addition to the advance paid online to OYO at the time of booking confirmation on u20B9 1163.Everything from room condition (fungul infested) to dirty and stained bedsheets, pillows, blankets and unclean stained toilets. The reception demanded that i pay up on checking in. He alsoc harged us for breakfast. (I had selected and paid for a breakfast complimentary package.).

This is very interesting that people booked through oyo because of inside but after payment at the time of checkin they ask for 1000/ rupees more because according to them in the price tag they will never offer you rooms. I just suggest just ignore this property you can booked DEKAPARA AIRPORT GUEST HOUSE... That is more saffer then any angle. You can trust and go.

Sorry oyo i even called oyo customer care they told me hold for a minute and we will get back to you shortly then they called manager and reply me. We will sugesst you so and so property. After all if any people booked through oyo and come back to sit and at the time of checkin if it is deneied then just think. Airport is almost 10 km from the property. What will happen if you come back. Really bad management of OYO behalf of this property.

WORST HOTEL EVER...Very worst behavior, very poor mode of transportation, No foods were available And most importantly they charged extra.. when I ask them why I need to pay extra 600(I have bill of that extra charge)they said u have to pay or else you move some where else, time was around 11pm. I don't had any options so I paid.. rude behavior of stuff and management.. I recommend guys don't visit this hotel.. I was threatened by them and wrongly charge..even very worst condition of bathroom..

We had booked the hotel online but after going to that place they started demanding more money. Then we called the Oyo service center and after 2 hours of long conversation oyo has updated our booking to another place. The behaviour of the owner was totally unprofessional. Apart from that, the place is far away from the main road .

Location is bit far away but good hotel if you have your vehicle. Good behavior and service overall.

Location is good but far from city but near to Airport and TCS exam center. Room is also quite spacious. When we were there they had only 2 staff, no towel and blankets provided but we asked for it. I suggest to change the silent receptionist. He is kind of alien type of person. Not rude though, but speaks very less, only communicates with signs or his head. Ofcourse they will not give you the room at the Oyo cheap price, that is we need to understand that no one can give an AC room for 300-400rs for 2 person. So just talk to the manager/owner bargain a little bit, he will give good price. I suggest you to after booking call the receptionist and clear all the price related stuff so that you can have a peaceful stay.

Don't go for it. I booked it online and paid full amount. After reached, the manager demandind me for extra 500 rupees .So plz Don't go for it. They made the scam in the name of hotel booking.
