Hotel Palazzo Prime

We stayed for night only. Food was good. We have to checked out early in the morning. Accordingly we have informed about early check out at counter in the evening. The manager at counter gave us assurance of supply of hot water. However, we could not get hot water for bathing. So not at all happy.

It was a home away from home. The front desk officials as well as other staffs found to be very friendly and tries to maintain cordial relations with the clients. The room service was very professional. Time maintaining in serving the food is really appreciable.The room accomodation and ammenities is quite satisfaçtory

If you're looking for a hotel with all the amenities in the heart of Tezpur, then Palazzo Prime is definitely the best option for you.
Neat and spacious rooms at a good price, along with the humble hotel stuff, Palazzo Prime offers you with all the necessities that you ask for. The food is great. We booked for 2 days, and it was certainly a good stay over there.
Highly recommended.

From the ratings on tripadviser and google, we expected high quality service, but the service was very poor.
1)The management promised 24 hrs hot water, but it was not available throughout our stay even after repeated request.
2) There is insufficient parking in the hotel. We had to park our car on the roadside till 9pm, before there was a parking slot arranged for us.
3) Buffet breakfast was promised with south indian, continental and chinese, but in the morning they said buffet is not available and have to be ordered. Even the south Indian cook is not available.

For the price charged, it was a terrible experience.

Landed up in this place accidentally due to toad closure to Tawang. Situated atop a Mall Plazzo was pleasently surprising.Well maintained and Hygienic.We were welcomed with Grace and courtsey.Went out their way to prepare Navratri special breakfast with fresh pure Ghee due to some members fasting.Hats off and Thank you Manager and Chef.

Delighted to stay here, at the heart of the town, rooms are spacious, staff behaviour is so polite and supportive.

Checked in today 22/10/2022 with 3 rooms for our family as IRCTC tour package guests for a night. Great rooms. In room amenities comparable to 4 star hotels. Service levels r very good with smooth checkin. Their restaurant was great and our food was served on time as per our discussions with them. Minor issue due to a small misunderstanding which was handled superbly by the Manager and sorted in no time. Keep it up. All restaurant staff were very very pleasing and great service. Honestly v had come from Mumbai not expecting this level of infrastructure as well as service and quality of food. Keep it up.

Best quality food in town. You won't find a place better !
