Tashi Ga Tsel Motel

We luckily got a room on the ground floor. The bathroom door could not be closed properly. There were frequent power outages. The heater in the room was a personal heater which was not very effective. The dining room is spacious. But, seating is on benches and inconvenient. The hotel knew the arrival of guests in advance. But, the towels were provided very late giving the excuse that it was raining and the towels didn't dry. A hotel of this size should have dryer installed. The TV channels had to be told to be started. The TV was not working initially. Then after some effort it go started. The hotel staff needs to be trained to be more efficient. But, I guess operating a hotel there may be having its own challenges which we as tourists can't imagine.

It is not a hotel it is Dharmashala only which was booked by Kesari Tours Mumbai. The rooms are very tiny and giving bad smell, food quality was poor. Location is not good. Respected Tourist are requested not to book tours trough Kesari tours Mumbai who are booking such dirty hotel and not giving proper repond to the tourist while tour is going on,

Booked by Kesari travels . Hotel not to the mark . Food quality is average. We stayed for 2 nights. Repeated menu for lunch and dinner.
No hall for get together. Lunch hall is also not good enough to seat together.
Bad experience with Kesari travel bookings

Hotel booking done through Kesari Maharashtra which promises 3-4 star hotels while booking but this hotel is just like Dharmshala.
Restaurants was worst part, food quality not good, seating arrangement not proper , no space for group activities.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Our booking with one travel portal was dishonoured and we were lucky to get 3 rooms in this hotel in late evening. Rooms were clean. Heater was provided. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was yummy. Location of this hotel is also very good.

Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom, heater provided, service is v.good. Initial issue with hot water sorted. Close to old market. Cafe next door. Food is simple and good compared to the remote region. Laundry availed was disappointing.

I stayed here for one night . Looking at previous reviews it seems the hotel has improved a lot. I got a nice big room with great interior, room heater , comfortable bed, hot water , property is at good location too. A big dining hall. Staffs are well behaved . We went in off season so not much food options were available. Its a very good place to stay for a group of 5 10 people or even more.

Rooms are big but need maintenance and cleanliness. Food was reasonably tasty. The staff is courteous.
