Excellent hotel with ambience and very cleanly maintained rooms for comfortable stay ,prompt room service and in the centre of Ongole town in AP. Spacious restaurant with choicest Veg and Non Veg dishes and attached with a bar is all that is needed in one place. Makes everyone feel happy to opt for repeated visits when in this town.

Best 3 Star Hotel in Ongole, Neat And Clean Hotel, Good Hospitality, Good Food And Centre Of The City. Near To Bus Stand And 2 KM from Railway Station.

This one is the only descent hotel in the town . Can recommend this place for a comfy stay, good staff and very responsive.

It was a night stop during our trip. Decent property with all modern facilities. Big , clean rooms in the middle of the city. Complimentary breakfast is full spread. Good food and nice services.

Firstly, we'd have to wait till 12 o clock to check in when we arrived at 7o clock and had to wait at the lobby hours together given the fact that we were promised for an early check in.
Secondly, after entering the room, it was completely filled up with cigarette smoke. Fine. Then there's a disaster of room being too small and was offered only twin beds for a family. Upon asking they said all rooms are provided the same way. We were offered some god awful torn mattress.
Thirdly, the TV is not working. We literally called 7 times and even went to the reception. But no one showed up till now.
DO NOT SPEND SO MUCH AND STAY HERE. GO FOR OTHER HOTELS IN ONGOLE INSTEAD. THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. NO HOSPITALITY WHATSOEVER. Everything. The room is below par. Service is terrible as we didn't get any.
