Lift maintenance should be improved..without kitchen area available it is trouble to have dining hall in 5th floor where lifts are not working properly. We faced trouble to carry all food items..

Very bad service. No proper cleaning of room. Bathroom having no shower. Night lamp not working. Dirty linen. Very poor to stay.

Not a nice hotel for stay purpose. A budget hotel if you don't have any other option. The staff service is good. There is no restaurant available. The location of the hotel is decent and accessible to other parts of the town.

Hotel is good neatly maintained formerly MRD Palace located on the busy road thòugh they don't have restaurant we have a good restaurant beside transport facility also regular on the road

Booked AC room. Near to Bus stand and railway station. Good old man at reception. Very helpful. They need to do some minor repairs and cleaning. Otherwise good place for stay.
