HOTEL DKR RESIDENCY

Such a worst experience.. even booked in online but didn't allocated room forcing to take other rooms which we have not booked..

I booked through online website only know so you have to allocate and the website itself mentioned can pay at hotel why such options you are allowing.. also online booking option why you are allowing...

We had stay there for 2 days, reception staffs were good. But our main dissatisfaction was water supply in our bathrooms. 1.5 days we had almost only 2 buckets of water. Staffs were tried to fix something but it didnt work. And also we getting normal then we would get hot water and viseversa.

Hotel is separate from the crowded area like Tirupati Railway station and Bus Stop. However it is on walkable distance. The connectivity is very good. You step out of Hotel and you will get Auto rikshaw Cars anything. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel Owner is nice person and staff is good.

Excellent rooms with Good and neat rooms and service is good front desk will be available 24hrs and they have provided me 24hrs check in and check out while booking directly

Management is so good and they will guide you how to visit all the temples
Hot water is Available in all rooms

This is decent a residency wich is located very near to APSRTC bus station. It has average rooms at nominal price for one day stay. The big plus point is that it has hot water facilities.

Okayish stay, rooms are smaller and definitely overpriced. The geyser for every room is central controlled and we had to tell the receptionist every time. That was a little inconvenient.
There were too many mosquitoes in evening

Rooms were neat but little small. Towels and soaps were provided. Staff was good but was a little irritated to help out at times. It was a decent stay.

Very poor management and rooms are in totally dark, I will suggest to look for different hotels
