Perfectly located. Food is good, service also is prompt but need to keep the staff properly dressed. I stayed in renovated room it is good. No shower curtain in washrooms.
On enquiry I found that major renovation is going on. Had nice stay, will visit again.

Poor payment channels - cards won’t be accepted as they have 3 machines but none of them are useful and failed to work when we are paying in through credit cards (they said simply server issue). Instead They should have mentioned that only cash is accepted.

Food is average - deserts are below average .

I believe strong reforms should bring to bring the hotel back like how it was in past .

Location visibility and reachability is quite good, parking is limited.
Rooms are okaish and service is fine one of the best in nellore

Need to be improved the food delivery for room service afternoon 12 pm onwards but they are giving after 1 PM onwards…

Location and service wise great. But rooms and surrounding inside the hotel are worse. They stink and look disgusting. Not worth paying 5k for a suite...

Convenient for business traveler or a special function. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet with continental options like fruit/muffins/omelette as well as South Indian tiffin. Wifi available but signal may very by room location - stronger in courtyard/lobby. Air conditioned and Western style toilets and shower available. Service was very good. Some rooms still being renovated, ask at front desk.

It's fully wrost bathrooms are not clean and services are poor and food is not great it's not ok for familys and there is alot of drunker stays at this hotel we need to see that they should improve the implements and more good services
