The Sunrise Hotel

If you are looking a good hotel then don’t saty here. Lot of mosquitoes in room and even bed bugs also there . They don’t provide any complementary things like brush, shaving kits , water, shops etc.
Food is also not good in hotel restaurants and in breakfast they have limited item. They will not provide Wi-Fi access in room

Hotels and guys this location is good and correct location to you your reach point sunrise hotel so good food order 🙂😊 the sunrise hotel while Bull rooms and best services this location is also better than Google Maps rooms are available starting from 3000 best in hotels hotel services are better than other hotels customer service also very good at tonight experience put the answer very tasty and better nice hotel one of the best hotel in Srikakulam ❤️☺️

I am Vijaya came for a visit to Srikakulam for Arisivelli Surya narayana swamy Darshan.
Aa I didn't have a prior booking and as one of my friend suggested Sunrise aptdc hotel I arrived at the hotel and checked for a room
The staff at the reception by the names PRASAD AND RAMYA told there was no vacant rooms. Someone near by told that there are rooms available and asked me to book through online.
I sat in the lobby and booked through make my trip. I was able to book a room then and there. when I questioned them they stumbled and they both spoke for sometime and allotted me Room number 201 which was in 1st floor near the back side steps where were lot of beer bottles and other shabby stuff. I requested them to change my room as we were two ladies and didn't feel safe.
But the way Mr Prasad and Ramya responded was too worst and they were like we don't have any other rooms.
And Mr prasad said If any problem happens then we will take care and all. He didn't even show any respect for ladies. Behaved very arrogantly.
I questioned Ramya being a lady can't you understand the problem. For which she responded in a sarcastic manner as to why ladies should travel and all.. Immediately I reported to the Make my trip people.

Then there was one more staff by the name Mr Madhu Kolli who came by like God and very cordially addressed to our issue and immediately alloted Room number 212... Thanks a lot Mr Madhu 🙏 You have proved humanity prevails

I request the management to take strict action on these two staff Mr prasad and Ramya being in hospitality industry behaved soo worstly with guests
I urge any guests who think of booking in sunrise hotel to be careful before checking in

The food tastes good. The cost is a little bit on the higher side. Service is good.

Very nice restaurant…..Food is very tasty…..serivice is excellent….Prasad,Ramu,Prakash excellent service.

Good place to eat, 1km from the temple, not too crowded but the food and ambience is good.

Service is good , food is ordinary and not value for the money you pay ., Location is good .....

In some it's perfect but it in still need perfection with good maintance
