if anybody reading this review please don't book this hotel at any circumstances the worst ever hotel in Visakhapatnam. i booked it in from OYO initially they said to confirm it by paying 125/- in online itself rest i can pay at hotel i.e 1254/- i saw photos of the room and then i booked it. no photo that they showed in their catalog matching with their rooms .. very un-hygiene room, AC is not working .. rooms have no privacy . tv not working .. bed sheets are so dirty and they put opened margo soap in the room no towels, and they told me pay in cash by cancelling the booking.
Don't book this hotel the star above is not full star it is half a star .
travellers who are wanted to explore visakhapatnam my very humble request is to skip this hotel. it is a mole in beauty of vizag. even lodges and Dorms are so better than them.

I had worst experience with the hotel hotel denied my checkin even after i paid to Oyo website worst Oyo customer support no call center contact on website only chat options which are of no use hotel is claiming they would only accept payment at hotel as Oyo is having worst payment cycle after an big argual they gave me room which is having pathetic infrastructure all photos posted in website are very very old photos even hotel name board is also different they posted a name which is different from hotal name

don't book by oyo .i made payment during booking. bt at the check in time they told me extra 530rs have to paid. i tried to contact with oyo customer care bt they didn't not help

Worst hotel. Rooms are dirty and full of cigarette smell. Took 4 rooms from hotel ragas and not even single room is clean. Public toilets are far better than the toilets in this hotel ragas 71754. Bed sheets and pillow covers seems like they haven't washed for a month. No wifi, No hot water, No TV, No drinking water,not even packaged water will be supplied by staff.

Scam alert! Stay away!! Never every book this OYO!
Hotel Ragas is a scam hotel, below was my experience:
We were 6 people, 2 senior citizen, 1 couple and a mother and kid.
We booked 2 classic(2x) rooms. Each of these rooms were advertised as suffecient for 3 people to stay.
We booked for 3 nights and paid in advance. Exactly that's when the scam begins!
The rooms advertised were spacious, clean and hospital and looked decent and accessible for family and senior citizen.
On the day of check in: We reached at 4:00 pm only to realise the Location of hotel is in middle of slum like area. There was no parking and parking on roadside was impossible due to narrow path and consistent flow of traffic.
The rooms allocated to us in advance was now allocated to someone else. And weirdly before I reached I was marked as checked inn to the hotel. I was stunned to see this.
I went to the rooms those were originally allocated to me and the person accomodating the room said he was asked to pay premium amount to hotel staff today itself to get that perticular room!!
Hotel management staff were rude, non cooperative and were intentionally not communicating with us in English or Hindi. Moreover the hotel manager who checked me inn before I even reached the hotel didn't bother to come in front of me. He kept saying I'm out of town and was not even picking phone call!
When I enquired how did you checked me inn before I reached hotel and submitted my document for verification they said, 'its system error and suggested to talk to oyo'. I called OYO and they said it's the hotel management who falsely checked you in before you arrived.
Then the hotel staff, offered to give alternative rooms the rooms they offered were , filthy, smelly, water seepage in bathroom and floor was slippery and oily. It felt like they were trying to make me stay in a store room! Moreover the rooms were in different floors and lifts were not working in this hotel 24 hrs!
When I enquired nearby hotels they said rooms are not even worth 500 rs in hotel Ragas and OYO charged us 2000+ each night!
We decided that we do not want to stay in this filthy place and Asked to process cancellation and refund only to find out that I can't process cancellation and refund because I was checked in. I was furious to hear this and called OYO helpdesk, it took me 4 hours on multiple calls with OYO to connect and get the can cancellation processed.
At 8:00 pm I left hotel Ragas and struggled for 3 hrs to find another accomodation.
OYO helpdesk team took 1 month to refund the money and that too after 50+ phone calls and multiple escalations/shaming on twitter.
OYO didn't even bothered to compensate us by any means for such pathetic service.
OYO should immediately flag such hotels and remove them from listing!!

The condition of this hotel is really pathetic...it needs improvement in every aspects.Bedsheets and pillow are not clean at all.The tv in our room was not working. The lights were not in the proper places. The wash basin and toilet are too much conjested.

Not good enough... Idk its just that the price and the room service mentioned in oyo app doesn't match..though the staffs are responsive, hotel rooms are not worth the price..Disappointed...
