HorribleNothing that could convince me to like it.For starters the room which was advertised and the one I stayed in are completely different. That didnot change the bedsheets i couldnfind strands of hairs from somebody on them.the room was so dimly lit and it smelled horribly.i asked someone to spray some room freshener. The bathroom was decent yes.Also there is a window for which the doors can only be closed from outside... No privacy too

Worst hotel ever stayed in my life. Would not recommend anyoneThere was nothing there to like.If I could rate 0 , i would have choosen that option. Staffs in the hotel was not happy with the guest as they had to wake up and make the checkin formalities. Later they refused to give the room and asked to cancel the reservation on booking. Com and asked to pay them directly. Since it was 4 am morning, there were not any option than accepting what they said but after some argument they accepted to continue the one on booking.com. There was no soap, no hand cleaning , glass or water available for guests.

Nothing, wrost hotel ever I stayed till now.First of all the hotel receptionist charged me 500 extra on what is been already booked saying that it's OYO offer and will not be applicable for him and did not accepted and collected extra money. Secondly on the hospitality the rooms, bedsheets and bathroom are not cleaned and are very dirty. No hot water at all, we took bath in cold water in winter weather. Hotel management is too wrost and the receptionist is very rude and not responding for any queries and basic thingsnI will never suggest this hotel for any onen@OYO, please take care of these things, please check with your tie-up hotels on how they are treating the customers.

It was the worst experience i have ever had in myhotel stays. Very poor service. Ill behavior by the staffs. Tv was not working... Zero cleanliness of rooms

The room was nice and spacious although bed was not so comfortable. Bathroom was clean but no towel was provided and there was no hot water provide. Location can be a grate advantage as it was within 1km range from RK beach. But if you travel with aged people you might have to take or book auto to go to the beach. No parking facility. Moreover, the receptionist was nice, he also provide an early check in for us. According to the price you can choose this hotel but don't expect any high class amenities or service.

Worst Hotel, Rooms were not clean, staff is not good and responsible.

And the best part is you won't get hot water, if you ask why Hot water is not coming, they will say its solar geyser hot water comes only when there is sun.

OYO, you have to change your strategy before your company my dooms because of these types of hotels.

The hotel management does not care about Customers. It's a big issue in all OYO FLAGSHIP PROPERTIES. Open your eyes and correct it before it's late.

And I HAVE VERY BAD ECO ORIENTED STAYING IN OYO HOTELS, SO I'M NOT GONNA BOOK AGAIN ANY OYO HOTELS.

I reached the hotel around 1.00 Pm; the room offered was dirty, linen not changed bath room not cleaned and tv was not working. Towel was not provided. After my repeated requests, the room was cleaned after 40 minutes. Very poor service. I discourage people to go to this property. Thanks

Rude and unsupportive staff, not oyo's standard room, they want only bookings and money, don't expect for any type of service. If you want any type of help from customer care, They can't talk to customer care also due to Language Problem.
Recommended locations
