SRI MAHARAJA INN

Very poor communication skills for handling tourists and travellers from non-telugu speaking regions. Completely lack commitment in service and handling requests by guests. Basic amenities like a first-aid box was also not available with the hotel. Moreover the only form of payment accepted is cash and you'll be in trouble if you don't have the exact change.

It was my worst experience yet.The room had lot of cockroaches. Even though i complained, nothing was done.The first blanket had blood on them. It got changed into a shabby one. The room was clean but had a pungent smell. The faucet was leaking. There were lot of mosquitoes on first day. They gave one mosquito repellant the next day after my request but the bathroom has a grill open through they enter at will. The magnetic keycard which they gave would not open the door. They had a master key card and every single time i went out in my 4 night stay. It was embarrassing to drag one person from reception two floors away when i had to go out. The cleaning did not come after the first day so there was lot of waste that started to smell. I kept it outside my room which no one collected. They had good parking, ok rooms for the price and reception guy seemed willing to try to help. The location was good and eateries are nearby for a nice stroll in the evening. The room was 205. Run!

The service and hospitality the worst ever in my life.. they are money motivated.. they want to charge for everything inside the hotel ..the owner is very arrogant too.. don’t end up there .. there are many hotels nearby..

Hotel service is very unsatisfied... worst.. I think there is some problem with the owner..he is mentally unstable..please don't go

I had stayed previous also but it's not like that but now what happened didn't know

In room Tared towel and leakeage in shower and no complimentry water bottle and also no soap and shampoo
They charged me for water bottle

I would give 1 star fir this time and not suggest to anyone for this kind of rough behaviour from front desk(another person seated)

Don't even think of booking this hotel. Would've given a 0 rating but the option is not there. Honestly speaking, this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Taps are broken, fans regulators won't work, Ac turns off in the middle, AC is very very noisy, bed, blanket, pillows everything is dirty and torn. Mosquitos everywhere. It doesn't have a restaurant too. Service is the worst ever. When I complained to them they literally took 3 hrs to respond and they gave me another room but surprisingly that is also the worst. Extremely disappointed for stay. It is not even worth 500 rs.
