Resort is located close to Godavari river bank. Surrounding is very pleasant. Rooms and services are good. Staff is also friendly. Restaurant should seriously focus on improvement of food taste and cuisines. Overall it is a good place for a holiday stay..

Overall great with some minor issues.

The location is a little difficult to reach.
The resort was slightly under staffed ( but probably because of the festival rush & staff on leave )

However,
The place is well maintained.
The food is good & nominally priced.

I went recently, It was great, but as it was raining there wasn't much to see, they don't have any indoor games(there was just a table tennis board which wasn't in great condition) and food tasted nice(I'm vegetarian so no idea on non veg part) but food service wasn't great (we had to ask multiple times and the serving staff was less) so there were some disturbances like the lotus pond bridge was under construction and the roads to reach there was super bumpy. As said the disturbances were due to the unexpected rains and hence they werent able to maintain.
I was hoping to go till Godavari and maybe get a boat ride but the path isn't good (it was marshy and couldn't even walk) and couldn't go till the bank which made me disappointed. But the rooms were pretty nice to relax and the staff were friendly and available whenever needed.

Sterling Palavelli is an absolute blotch on the brand. There is some minimal expectation about the service of such a reputed brand like Sterling.First of all the choice of location is pathetic…pot hole ridden narrow roads with no lights leading nowhere and lack of proper directions. When we arrived at the resort,it was another long walk through a narrow road to our rooms. We were given rooms on the third floor and no lift service at all.How do you expect senior citizens to climb those stairs? The resort looks as if they’ve taken an old building and overhauled it with some paints and lights. The balcony is absolutely useless as it’s the favourite haunt of an army of monkeys.Yes,there were monkeys roaming in and out of the resort.
The rooms are poorly lit and the bathrooms have water running like a trickle. The air conditioning feels as if it’s not been serviced. The restaurant service is absolute rubbish. The food arrives one hour after it’s been ordered and that too after repeated reminders. They have bare minimum 3 people attending to all the customers.Food was thankfully passable.
No other activities available on the property except for a small swimming pool. The spa service was decent ,but levying GST plus service charge was total nonsense.Even the cab service was slapped with tax.
Overall the experience has been pathetic considering one has spent close to 50k for 2 night stay.If you’re charging such a premium,it’s a responsible thing to provide decent service rather than ripping off the customers with a cheap lodge service.Anyone even considering going there, please refrain from even thinking about going there. It’ll save both your time and money.Given a choice I would have rated this as minus ten rating.

This resort is surrounded by lush coconut trees. Location is amazing but not easily accessible. The Google maps shows wrong location and to figure out the correct route we got 45 minutes wasted. The property is good has an authentic konaseema theme. But some parts of it are not maintained. Pool was very well maintained and the view from pool was good. But places like balconies stairs were not that clean. All the bad reviews about food are true, food here is not good at all.

Total Village nativity. Pleasant farm stay. Rooms are neat and large. Beware of nature friendly harmless small frogs :). Food quality is good but long wait time, Better to pre book and spend time around before food arrives.

Overall experience was too good.. they can work on the food quality. It was too pricy for the quality of food we got there. Besides the food, it was serene experience with the overall resort thing

Our stay at Sterling palavelli during the republic day weekend was an really nice. The ambience and aesthetics are worth every penny you spend. Its a nice place to unwind and relax. The front desk staff, security & the entire staff are extremely polite and willing to offer help as required. I travelled with an infant & senior citizens and they made sure i was comfortable.
The infinity pool is well maintained with continuous cleaning in place.

Pros : ambience, hospitality, food, staff
Cons: water in one of the rooms washrooms was extremely muddy( i stayed for 3 days so took a change of room)
