OYO 42984 Kartikeya Park View Residency

Rooms and location good. Service is pathetic. Lift was not working since 8 months per the worker there. We climbed 3 floors with people aged around 70 to 75 years. No drinking water supplied. Self carry water in bottles from ground floor to 3rd floor. No door mats outside bathroom. Only beds if you want to sit and do something. No chairs. Oyo online gave offer Rs 500 per room instead of 1000. But at the venue we were told that it's software mistake of Oyo. We ended paying 1000 per room as it was around 11 pm in the night. No proper coordination between Oyo and the residence.

This hotel is an apartment which is converted into hotels. There were 2bhk rooms which was converted into 2 rooms individuals with common hall and kitchen.

Room is just ok.
AC is there.
Parking ia there but only for 3 or 4 cars.
TV will be there but with no connection, completely useless.

No hot water.
This Oyo didn't gave anything like towel, soap, shampoo,sleeper.

Room size is 10x10 with attached bathroom approx 5x5.

If there is - (minus) rating i could have gone for it.
I checked out just in hour because of the worst experience in just 1hr
1.Worst rooms Bad smell all over the rooms
2. Worst receptionist hospitality
3. Ask for more money while check in.

To be frank its a 420 hotel better to stay at road side huts
Please don't go for this hotel you may get skin problems because of worst smelly mattress and bedsheets ect. Ect.

It's very worst experience. They refused to provide rooms on discount price which I got through the app. They didn't allowed me to check in and they didn't refund the money also. Very poor and worst management by Oyo.

Best hotel very affordable and legit for quality. Location is BV Reddy Colony,Most posh and luxurious locality at Chittoor and situated just opposite to the park gives it a calm and soul soothing environment we came here for a business meeting and the staff were really helpful in arranging for it, ample space for parking is available and the rooms are neat and clean with good amount of ventilation.Common area with balcony and hall is seen which makes it more spacious. Love this place and will surely recommend it.

Best hotel at this price Posh locality with residences around making it very calm and peaceful just opposite to park and space for parking loved the service and had a pleasent stay will surely prefer it again
