Zostel Mukteshwar

I have been to Zostel before in Rishikesh, this was my second stay at Zostel Mukteshwar, amazing property, amazing vibes, amazing food. Everything was just on point. I had a two day stay here and i booked 2 deluxe rooms. The rooms were clean, fragrance was good, the restrooms were very clean. The food is very much like your home food, no extra spices no junk food, just on point. They have a common area where everyone can catch up together play games and watch movies. Will definitely visit this property again in some other city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a very off beat place with natural scenic beauty and not commercialized. Zostel is located facing a beautiful valley. Very chill place to stay. Host is great, he is there if you have any kind of problems at your stay or any in or around the place. chill environment. you will meet some new people. Definitely coming back here someday. Zostel Mukteshwar is one of a kind. Location is so off beat and you cannot take your eyes off the view from the porch. Staff and their hospitality has no match. Simple Food, great company and amazing folks. Glad I made this trip

One of the best place for solo travellers, group of friends and for the ones who want to interact with new people. Fantastic location far from the dense traveller populated area. Good places to visit nearby (recommended to hire a private vehicle).And even top there, they have a very good wifi connection, it allows you sit in the common room with great views of the mountains and work if you have any ;-) A very friendly management. Definitely a go to place

I stayed in the female 4 bed dorm which was very comfortable and spacious with good storage space. Location is in a beautiful valley. No restaurants nearby however simple homely meals available at the property. Staff is helpful and polite. Bonfire night with star-gazing is a great experience.

A big laud to Chetan (the property manager) who was super helpful and the staff who made it feel like home. Everything was very well set up and looked after. They accommodated our bookings last moment without any issues. Highly recommend property if you are looking for off-beat and secluded place to relax and chill. Only con: away from main market. I would rate 4.5/5 :)

I recently stayed at Zostel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience.
The hostel was clean, comfortable and had a friendly atmosphere. The staff was helpful and always on hand to answer any questions.
I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling.

Booked a private room in the property to explore Mukteshwar for a couple of days (18-20 January). Here are some of my takeaways:
1. The off-centre location provides a picturesque and serene location, away from noise.
2. Stay was comfortable, the food was very good.
3. The property allows one to explore nearby landmarks, the staff assisted us in getting a scooter to explore locally as well as a cab for our onward journey.
4. The views from the location are breathtaking, you can observe the sunrise in the morning and birds on the trees within the hostel.
5. On a clear day, you can also see stars.

PS: Ashutosh at the location was extremely helpful and a great person to chat with.
