Disha Eye Hospital Mourigram

In Mourigram the behavior of Staffs and Doctor are very rude. People go there for checkup paying their own money. It's not like we are getting free treatment. Talking rude to others, behaving rude is the thing no one considers good.Very poor service ..

The doctors attitude towards patients should change. They could be more polite in their behaviour. Also saw duty doctors sleeping in room no 301 which is un acceptable and against healthy work culture.

Never do your checkup with Dr. Puja Bhuwania. She is worst doctor ever, doesn't know how to talk to patients. I visited this mourigram branch first time and it was worst experience ever. Puja Bhuwania has unnecessary attitude and is very rude

Extreme bad behaviour with patient as well as patient family….donot know how to deal with patients….
False information given, they only know how to harass patients family….

Not at all recommended….being a medical professional myself, I have seen lots of hospital but Disha is the worst of all………………

THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE DOING CHARITY TO THE PATIENTS ….. DISHA IS NOT DOING ANY KIND OF CHARITY…you people take money from the patients to provide service…..at least behave with them properly and with respect.

One of the popular eye hospital of Howrah. This hospital has so many branches all over West Bengal. Disha eye hospital of Mourigram is located beside Mourigram railway station (South eastern railway). Doctors are well experienced and they take good care of all patients. One thing to be mentioned that Low Vision Care is not up to the mark in this hospital.

It's one of the well known worst eye hospital at howrah. I took my wife for eye treatment. After check up done by Dr. Puja Bhuwania. She suggested to do ledger treatment. But after doing ledger treatment she is unable to see from her left eye. Which was got damage. Than second time she is saying that she need injection for her swelling retina and while suggesting her behaviour was worst. As a doctor which is not acceptable. She also told that this treatment is need and there is no side effects. But after 15 days my wife unable to see by her left eye then again I take her to disha eye hospital. Then Puja Bhuwania is asking that she need injection for swelling eye. Injection price is 30 thousand and which is need as early as possible. Disha is selling fear.

As an NRI residing in Qatar, I hv taken my son and father for eye checkup, which was done by Dr. Ananya Ganguly and other doctor. I find this hospital very satisfied. Points to be taken care by hospital. - token display system for each room,. Some of the Front desk person need to be trained specially in behaviour , patience and communication ( situation arises due to more load ), newspaper or small library should be their
Points to be taken care by patient:
1. Patience is required who ever is coming.
2. Some snacks should be carried.
3. Be polite with the employee too , they r also under pressure and try to co-operate with them.
