It's a unhygienic Govt. Hospital. In my opinion, you can come only if anybody in emergency case, otherwise it worst, main problem is no help desk here,
Personally I am come in this hospital for dental purpose but for this I am searching dental room minimum 20 minutes , anybody don't know where is dental room, where blood test room etc...

Not patient-friendly

It is difficult to make the hospital persons understand what you want to say. I admitted here due to covid 19. Doctors don't spend 1 min to ask you whether you are good or not unless you have the sugar or pressure or any problem. The nurses present near the patient room but live in their own world. You can't make them understand what you want to say.
Cleaning is quite good. Washroom is ok type. Anyone can get drinking water easily. Food quality is ok type.

the main problem is cleanliness.its a govt hospital.emergency service available.doctor and nurses available.saline and medicines mostly available.govt just painted the building from outside whereas the innerside is still in negligence.during monsoon ground floor goes under water.lift facility for patients.wards are clean but toilets are a nightmare.renovation work is in progress.let see what happens next.

An average maintained govt. hospital. Best for poor people's. Very affordable. Service is not upto the mark but people can affort.

T L Jaiswal Hospital, Ghusuri, Howrah is a really very good hospital for people who wants to treatment for them. It's close now during from 1st wave of covid 19 from that time its closed for people but when it was open there was a very good accomodation.
Like General Opd department, Eye care department, ENT department, Orthopaedic department and also there was done operations and also done there for new born etc.

Although i can say it's a Very good and now also a beautiful place for care.

Nurses are helpful. Sadly doctors don't show their faces. Hope that in the future things improve.

The Infrastructure of the hospital is very Good, Maintenance is quite poor, Lot of money is being spent by the government but not executed in a proper manner,
Lack of Discipline, cleanliness, C grade and D Grade staff behaviour needs to be improved but yes, Doctors are Good, helping out people and having a Feeling /Tendency to serve people.
