The hospitality of the staffs are awesome. All are very caring and helpful. They took utmost care of the patient and always try to make them feel comfortable. I would specially like to thank Ms Maitreyi for her great hospitality and helpful nature. Thanking doctor Ruchi and Doctor Rajiv for helping us through this tough time. I am totally satisfied with the service provided here.

Rates are high. Doctor treatment was 50%. Minimum bill 1.5 lacks. Atmosphere was nice.

I was thoroughly impressed with ILS, Howrah during my mother’s extended hospitalization. It has a very tight knit and cohesive team wonderfully managed by the COO. The doctors, facilities and room services of this hospital is second to none. I personally thank the Unit Head, Dr Ruchi and team for saving my mother’s life. For any medical need, do not hesitate to visit ILS Howrah for top notch care and attention. It is affordable, transparent and treats patients with utmost care.

I've a wonderful experience with ILS Howrah. Orthopaedic Dr. Samiran Purkait was a wonderful surgeon, very kind and friendly doctor and the staff was always helpful and kind. My husband was admitted in ILS on June 2022 and after 7 months he has recovered successfully and all the credit goes to him. he gave me all the info to get recover swiftly. 😊🥰

I had a good experience with ILS howrah. My mom got her knee replacement done here last year by Dr. Siddharth Gupta, who had been very kind throughout, all the nursing staffs were very caring too. Recently got health checkup done for my parents, Seuli ma'am of OPD had been super helpful and made the entire process smooth, all the OPD staffs were well co-ordinated, and my parents being senior citizens were prioritized. Its a clean place with good processes in place, priced a bit on the higher side but one of the best hospitals in Howrah. Highly recommended!!!

Everything is perfectly alright here....All staffs are very systematic and co operative. Nurses are very well behaved. Among them I remember Mrs Ruma for her delightful appearance..the food was good and hygienic...I also want to thank Mr. Pritam and Mr. Raza for proper guidance. I will remember ILS Hospital Howrah specially for our beloved orthopedic surgeon Dr. Samiran Purkait who has done my surgery and didn't let me feel nervous.
