Dr. Chandan Kumar Karar....very unprofessional Dr. Very rud behavior with my 9 years old son.My son told him (call my mother inside)that was his tooth filling date.Dr. call me and say I am unable to teach my son proper behavior.
I think Dr. Parents didn't teach how to behave like human.

I am very much unsatisfied today due to extremely unprofessional behaviour from a newly set up dental clinic. an appointment could be fixed and it was not told me at the time of taking appointment that it will take 1.30 hours and also behaviour of receptionist was worst. She told me you have booking number is 3 but when my mother vistied that clinic she told your booking numbers is 9 and you have to wait another 2 hours. It is not tolerable situation for my mom. She is old. Receptionist has some basic courtesy at the time of talking. Then also, visited the clinic while adhering to the pre specified time given and waited patiently for Approax 1 hour 20 minutes before checking with the receptionist about the sequence they're following. The response was " we don't maintain any sequence and you'll be treated when everything is ready ". After some followup questions on the same, doctor himself intervened and called my mom in his chamber just to insult her and asked her to leave with remarks " we don't maintain any sequence. Reviews don't matter to me as I have many patients "

If this is how doctor and their helpers treat their patients, value their time and specially when we're dealing with a pandemic situation ( given the fact the seating area of the clinic is narrow with central AC distribution system and it's almost impossible to maintain social distancing from fellow patients), I would not at all recommend this clinic for two reasons.

1. The unprofessional and uncivilized behavior from front end receptionist
2. No importance given to adhering timeline. It's expected that one needs wait for a handful amount of time ( minimum 2 hours) but waiting for 3-4 hours is impossible and shows how unorganised the set up it is.

My review doesn't pontificate the proficiency of the doctor as I have heard fair bit of good reviews about him and his work. However, I didn't get the opportunity to get treated due to this entire messed up system. I am really hopeless to give this feedback to this clinic.

Well maintained and equipped with the latest technology. They are maintaining covid protocol efficiently.
I will suggest them, please don't keep patient wait for a longer hour's.

Horrible behaviour of the receptionist as on March 15, 2021. She should be replaced immediately. Very rude. Not at all cooperative and dosnt understand problems. Her behaviour is unacceptable.
