Worst management and behaviour of doctors and staff, they dont value patient's time..very rude behaviour of doctors and attended. Even after taking prior appointment you have to consider 3-4 hours for a normal checkup.. Very bad experience

Nice . One of the best eye hospital of the Asansol-Durgapur-Raniganj area . To assure your appointment you can go to their website. The hospital offers good facilities at a cheap and affordable price. The process of getting your turn is esay and simple , you just have to post the papers at your recommended room's outside boxes. Staffs are good and treatment in affordable price. Doctor was also good, he listened patiently my problems, things were organised but the place was overcrowded due to lack of free space, the building was a bit small for that huge amount of patients... And the pharmacy also offers discounts. Overall good experience.

The support staff is super rude and arrogant. The staff is treating patients as if they are powerful super gods and patients have come for free treatment. Management should look into treating needful patients with some respect.

Rude stuff 😒 no manners even don't know how to speak properly don't know why kept such mannerless people for this organization. A stuff named pousali Dey she took booking id she is so rude. Never expected this kind service from Disha like organization
