My child Mohul Bhattacharya was admitted here on Monday(1oth october 2022) due to high fever. But first l was afraid that he will be cured or not. But he has become totally cure by the treatment of respectful doctors and nurses of kisholoy children's hospital. This is a full time child health care centre , also dealing with high risk pregnancies. People coming here should understand the value of it. Some people like BIMAL JHAWAR , Arya Somani, and some others, come here for OPD visit thinking of themselves VIP who should be given priorities neglecting other patients, even if other patients are critically sick. They leave negative reviews because they were asked to leave the premises by other patients as their tantrum reached to that extent that was disturbing everyone. This Jhawar person became even physically violent because he had to sit with common people in the reception area. These people create problems every where because they think themselves rich and belong to special category , but Kisholoy does not give its services on the basis of status of people. Every one is considered same here. Every one has to wait till his or her term come . If Dr Mirza is busy that time managing critically sick patients, any one can consult other pediatric doctors who are on duty in Kisholoy that time. If they refuse to do so and shouts and misbehaves and use foul languages and , do hooliganism in hospital premises, and hampers treatment for other patients, then they should get a clear message that action will be taken according to Law . Every corner of the Kisholoy is under CCTV surveillance and it is very easy to gather evidence against them. As these people cheat people and do business, without paying your due taxes to government, they assume every one is a fraud like them. Kisholoy has achieved its reputation by giving services to the sickest of patients at odd hours when no one was around and it will continue to do so , not on the basis of your social and economic status. You are most welcome if you really need our help and value basic humanity. Stop doing hooliganism every where. Some day you may get solid thrashing. Again if your kid is really sick and others can’t manage it , you are welcome here provided you behave properly and value our protocols.
