I think it's the best hospital in Bolpur localism and those who have not going to be an opportunity to any patient needs to go Bolpur to from anywhere, like another City. It's a very clean and safe opportunities polite etc recommeted from many peoples like patients..

Facilities are poor, if you wish to get an appointment for OPD, need to wait for 3 - 4 hours for doctor visit. There is option to get an appointment prior, no option to pay advance doctor consultation fees in case mandatory before appointment.
Receptionist will ask you visit and need to pay the visit cost, wait for 3 hours for doctor visit it's non sense and kind of 30 years old rules wok here

ICU is available here but no doctors are present. My patient was admitted in ICU for more than 2 days but no senior doctors visited. Nurses are untrained. Junior doctors are also very much unprofessional. But they are very good in making bills. Worst experience ever. Should not recommend to anyone for this hospital.

Very good location. Much needed in Bolpur. Helpful Staff and well managed facility.

Irregular no sense about time irresponsible in a word not good pateint very much hackle during visiting dr ashwin at ananya multispeciality hospital at santiniketan rd. Bolpur only emphasize operation during visiting opd petients

Not sure if the hospital was better when it opened. But my recent experience is really horrible.
The staff neither have manners nor any kind of politeness while talking.
They are rude. On top of that it's a money making place. I understand that private hospitals will charge you for every small thing but the good practice is to tell the patient about the charges. As per Medical consumer law its a right as well of the patient. But they are not doing it and instead handing you over a bill with an exorbitant amount.

ICU facilities are available besides OPD services also available here.
It's location also good for the people of Bolpur
