We chose Futela hospital for delivery of our both babies.
First time we chose it for the reason it being nearby our place of stay.
But once we met Shivaki maam, the way she listened to mothers concern and gave proper professional answers in a pleasent manner we felt that we have made a good decision.

During second delivery i wanted to make a change and went to one of the biggest hospital situated at the outer periphery of Rudrapur for inital checkups of my wife, but it turned out to be a horrible decision. The way attendat and hospital staff of that infamously popular hospital treated us was totally unwelcome. Attendant and staff were arrogant. Atmosphere of hosiptal is having an unpleasent vibe. In our first visit only doctor has prescribed medicine worth 3k. The first instance of that behaviour was enough for me to come back to Futela hospital for our 2nd baby delivery.

Post that i am writing this review today that we have blessed again with a healthy baby boy by the professional management of Futela hospital and its staff.
Thanks a lot to all nurses , staff and management of Futela hospital.

It is one the most beautiful moment to be a parent, and we as a couple have been trying for a long time. With the grace of God we met Dr. Shivkee ma'am, who helped me to conceive. We are very happy with all the staff, to the very helpful doctors and all other people working in the centre. Having a great experience. Thank you Shivkee Ma'am and whole team of Futela Hospital 🙏😊

We came Futela hospital in very critical situation, but Dr Shivkee & Dr Anupama handled the situation in very systematic manner and finally our dream of becoming parent becomes true and we blessed with twins baby girl on 23 rd Dec 2022. Had the best experience at Futela hospital. Both my kids got delivered there and I got the best services. First of all, Dr Shivkee is one person that I can trust blindly. She has been a supporter, comforter and a friend throughout both my pregnancies. And dr Meenu took care of my diabetes issues during the second pregnancy. Both of them were genuinely a call away.. the staff is also super helpful and supportive. Ritu , a night duty staff literally came at 3 am to feed my crying child who was not willing to latch or drink milk.. I would genuinely recommend this hospital to each and every person..
