It was a great experience. Staff and doctors are good and take care of patients on regular interval. Dr. Sarita Ma'am was polite and humble and gave valuable advice during the pregnancy of my wife and also during delivery. Hospitality was great.

My uncle was treated under Dr. krishan Avatar....He was admitted in ICU for 2 days later on shifted to mini ICU.We had a wonderful experience with him.
Also Dr.Jitendra has been a big support system to us in taking care of our uncle. He explained us each and every thing in detail very politely and never denied whenever we want to meet him for any query regarding our patient. Overall we were satisfied with the treatment given by the doctors and the other staff members.

Very bad they are not accepting cashless claims of most big insurance companies, too much costly and no humanity in hospital mgmt, only for rich people, worst medical claims department, no cashless claims covered easily and people are so busy that they will call you atleast ten times even for checking one policy documents. Girls staff at reception are very less paid and work under lot of pressure, they will eat your brain if you delay payment for single day and you can't meet even a single person in their mgmt team as they all are same and show themselves unavailable or busy. Doctors come at their own te to see patients there is no fixed time sometimes patients and their families waiting for 2 to 3 hrs, specially Dr pritosh and dr chourasia have full attitude and show lot of attitude while talking with patients, all members in TPA are super rude in behaviour and show themselves as very very busy while they are playing on mobile everytime.

Dr Heerak Singh was the consulting doctor for my mum’s condition. She came in with sever condition of viral infection that disabled her capacity to move her body, it was to an extent that made me believe that it was a paralytic attack. When we came in hospital, mum was in dire pain . However, the doctor took her completely under his wings, he is not just skilled and qualified, but also very good with sharing all the info with the patient’s caregivers. He is very professional at the same time very caring and compassionate. The hospital’s staff is excellent who would follow up meticulously all the suggestions made by the doctor. The staff kept my mother clean and room hygienic. The food served here was very thoughtfully prepared and kept very clean. The hospital, holistically got my mother back on her feet. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done.

Doctors are fine. But when it comes to an emergency and when your loved ones are in ICU they have a third class rule . So, I'm also a doctor and I understand that only one person can go at a time . But they say that we will allow only 1 person to go. Like if my dad goes in then only he can stay. No two persons can go with turns that to in visiting hours .Being in ICU and not letting you meet your loved ones is the worst thing you can do to the patient as well as well as to there family. I have visited best hospitals of India -Fortis, max etc. Even they don't have such third class rule. It's very important for the hospital to change this rule otherwise I won't recommend anyone to take your loved ones to this hospital.
