Himalayan Hospital

Management is not good. They make people oscillate from new building to old building and in the ayushman wing the process is at turtle's pace one waits for too long and even after waiting, documents doesn't get verified on time. Only 1 or 2 counters work. One waits for whole day and night for the turn. They are working from a long time but then also they don't have any set of instructions what to do next, they say go and get your documents scanned but there is no stamp on one document then again go there ask for it and now go for scanning they make people helpless sleep deprived they are no novice they experience these things daily then why? Even staff doesn't talk politely they have zero communication skills. There they don't allow to sit/stand and it is not possible for one attendant to do all this two are needed but the problem is no you can't sit here you can't stand here where should we go. Will you people do our work. I have been to many hospitals even government hospitals are way better than this in the terms of staff behaviour. Really disappointed.

Why there is no provision for negative rating?I want to give -100 star to this so called big hospital.I would prefer to send patient to slaughter house. Patient will die at once at slaughter house but here patient & their caretaker has to die every moment. Thoroughly understaffed. Totally untrained and unprofessional staff. For one work one has to visit 4-5 times to the same counter.For Ayushman Card patient, this hospital management behaves like a they are baggers. Minimum 6-8 hours waiting if u are lucky otherwise it may take 12 hours plus also. No co-ordination between different department. Govt must discontinue the affiliation of Ayushman Card with this hospital. Shame on Swami Ram

Very good hospital with excellent super specialists.. All staffs including doctors, nurses and others are well behaved and very coperative. Maintaining absolute cleaningness and hygiene...
They all treat the patient like their family
but need for better service for Ayushman. There is delay in Ayushman....
All gastro staff are very polite and humble ....best care provide by staff and incharge in gastro ward .......very statisfied by hospital and specially staff .....doctors are very good nd incharge very helpfull..

In my opinion the WORST hospital / staff of north India ie. Uttarakhand .
You are able to get best treatment there if have any Source / Approach to Some great Politician as suggested by a hospital staff. Femur fracture of old Women age 72 is not Emergency for them.
My Horrible Experience on 20th October 2022 , Morning 2:58 am to 4:12 am .

In ayushmaan एडमिशन there will be many problems in ayushman yojna and the medical department is not so good

Staff is very good. Many locals work here. Doctors team is amazing as they care very well.

Very poor management staffs of hospital are not cooperative and system is not patient friendly its to complicate and fatigue specially Ayusman procedure
People who can not affort high pay tteament are in the line for Ayusman but they can't easily got the facility but for the health of their love one they are facing untolerable waiting request made it easy so that an attender of a critical patient can be assure betterment of patiet as well as himself thank you
