Raja Ram Hospital Haridwar

Yesterday some bad experience by my friend in this hospital (Raja Ram Hospital). Even in this pandemic this hospital doctors (Specially Dr Aditya Mani Gupta) are trying to complete their monthly targets and giving unnecessary treatment to patients and charging much more fees than required (although we shared x-rays to some senior orthopedic specialist in Lucknow and Delhi and found that given treatment was not required). Yes very correctly said by management of this hospital that this is very difficult that they are charging OT fees and other OT related charges even they don’t have proper OT rooms and services. Even for the same kind of treatment Apollo Delhi is charging approximately 4000/- only, although this hospital is charging more than 12000/-.

Be careful guys, because body and money both are yours.

Today an accident happened with me and a bike rider, who was himself is a Doctor, Dr ******* Karatia. I took him to Raja ram hospital k-6, shivalik nagar for first aid. Even before the staff started the treatment for patient, they asked how it happened and who was in the car and who was on bike. Once the hospital staff knew that I am the one volunteering to pay the bill for the treatment, they made me suffer for my humanity, by bringing the hurt party to hospital for first aid. They made me pay a bill of 12,900 INR upfront even before starting the treatment. Once Dr. Katara was discharged, within 30 min, we realised that all the did was an x-ray and plaster. Dr. Kataria himself wasn't convinced with the bill. He wasn't administered any anesthesia or any procedure that would have caused this exuberant amount. The ideal bill should not have gone beyond 2500/- INR. On enquring about the same, the hospital staff had the audacity to say, this is what are charges like.
It is very unfortunate to see Doctors and hospitals charging unreasonable bill and trying to take advantage of the situation.
I would not recommend anybody to visit this Raja Ram Hospital or see Dr. Aditya Mani Gupta, who was the consulting Doctor in our case.

The doctor have a master plan to do cesarean delivery ......no matter what......and for that she will make you feel nervous with vague diagnosis stating..... "As per my experience and diagnosis which usually is most of the time accurate ..."

Also the medicines she prescribes can not be found in any other pharmacy in haridwar other than their own......

Overall I really had a bad experience

One of the best hospitals in the area

I am sharing my experience with Dr Ruchi gupta.She has handled many very critical cases,one of my tenant,one of my colleague and one of my daughter are among them. My daughter is blessed with a daughter only with the grace of God and treatment and councelling of Dr Ruchi.She took care of all the cases very nicely.During covid she made it possible to deliver a still baby normally.Her councelling and guidance is excellent.I always suggest people to consult her .I wish all my best to her.

This is just a thank you post which is coming out directly out of my HEART . No other doctor can do what DR Ruchi Gupta mam had done for me throughout in my pregnancy ❤️ Being having a very difficult pregnancy she was making sure everything should go smoothly . Thank you for your help n guidance to bring our little bundle of joy into the world 🌍 we r also very grateful to the amazing staff n helpers during the delivery ❤️ as i always say U R MAGICIAN THE MOST CALMEST AND THE MOST CARING DOCTOR OF HARIDWAR ... THE ENTIRE RAJA RAM HOSPITAL ITSELF IS THE MOST CARING ThE MOST HYGIENCE HOSPITAL OF HARIDWAR
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO THERE

This hospital is in shiwalik not in haridwar first.

Second do not take any emergency case in this hospital as they made our case very critical and they never give explanation of your case.

For any explanation the Houseman(from housekeeping staff) comes to brief you about your case.

Dr. Ruchi Gupta and Dr. Mani Gupta both doctors are very humble and experienced. I am going to this hospital with my last 6 years. All the staff here is very good and cooperative.
