Horrendous service from staff. Can't speak about the doctor(s) because we've been waiting, yet to grace their presence since ages(2 hours).

Fail to own up to mistakes and to take criticism.
They do not understand what making an appointment means.

Dr. Divya Mishra MD( OBS & Gynae) irresponsible persons. Very Pathetic Services , My wife miscarriage of 6 months due to this irresponsible persons ,also the night shift incharge deny to take my wife in the hospital for further treatment . I called many times no one guy picking up the call, he misbehave with me and my family members . That night shift person call Dr.Divya Mishra in front of me then she told that tell him go to another hospital Dr .Divya Mishra and night shift incharge doctor discussed over the phone , ki inko bolu ya ultra sound nhi hai yeh keh k dusre hospital bhejo . mere wife k treatment pichle 6 months Dr .Divya Mishra k paas chl rha tha she is the concern person jb yeh critical situation hui toh inhone responsibility nhi Li us raat. Inke hospital main ultra sound hai. Ye emergency situation nhi lete. This type of gynaecologist take a pateint just like a product for the sake of earning money. Don't break the trust of anyone . i would like to request kindly please dont go to this hospital . इनके लापरवाही के कारण मैंने अपना बच्चा खो दिया। और अपनी बीवी को खो सकता था। agr dusre hospital Wale time par meri wife ko treatment na dete. Dr.Divya Mishra and that person night shift incharge they know child was dead but yeh meri wife ko treatment kr skte th but inhone apni job ko bachane k liye responsibility nhi Li.

Wonderful experience with the hospital Dr. Ajay kumar sir was wonderful surgeon and staff was very helpful ma/ma Anjali and Nirmal ma/ma helpful me I am so happy and good service I am so glad choose S. K. memorial hospital

Worst hospital and doctor , doctor don't be on time we are waiting since last 4 hours but doctor can't be arrived at hospital on time 😢 worst hospital I have ever seen my entire life.

All staff and doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Neeraj Dr. Yogesh and Dr. Ajay kunar nurse supervisor Mrs. Nirmala thapa really took his time to explain my mother's conditions with my mother's as well as my mother's treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put my mother at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Dental wing needs much desired improvement specially in patients no of visits if a RCT takes mote than three months look into it and appointments are long drawn

Worst hospital facilities i ever seen.. The doctors are not punctual towards their work.. They do not come on time
