One of the best hospital in AZAMGARH
Dr Pankaj rai and his team doing their utmost effort to make patients feel better and more comfortable,
Hospital management is too good they help you all the time, floors are neat and clean.

Recently my aunt was admitted to this hospital for one week so i guess i am eligible enough to give complete feedback .Let me tell u that the name of the hospital is ironic to the kind of services it provides and the management and nursing staff resonates with the surrounding in which lotus blooms and prospers.
Firstly the cleanliness and hygiene here is pathetic . The cleaning staff are in hurry to haphazardly clean and mop the floor just before Pankaj sir arrives . The rooms are infested with red ants. Cleaning staffs are rude and seldom wears mask.
Nurses of this hospitals are not trained, unprofessional, incompetent,illiterate .I can share some of my experiences which will shock reader to the core.
INCIDENT 1- A nurse tried to figure out the blood pressure of my aunt by holding her wrist, guess what she came with the number 100/60.
INCIDENT 2- A nurse comes in hurry and tried to break open the injection vial spilling all its content over my aunt . To top it all she filled the injection with the leftover content and was ready to the give the shot. I instantly interrupted and shouted at her for her reckless attitude. She in turn tried to give me 10 ₹ for the loss caused .
INCIDENT 3- This is most bizzare of all. I asked nurse to give inhaler to my aunt. She took the box from my hand and stared at it in oblivion. She then ask to be excused and came in with CHOTU CHAIWALLAH after sometime. To my surprise chotu with his bare contaminated hand spilled out the capsules ,put it in the inhaler and told the nurse how it is done. I was both perturbed and infuriated by the ignorance of the nurse . I had no option but to go the crowded pharmacy to buy a new inhaler.
One more thing ,I have several photos of the oxygen mask thrown in corridor.
From all this you can yourself conclude how the hospital is.
But at last i want to add that DR PANKAJ RAI is a great doctor but i cant say that about his managing skills.
I my greatly indepted to him for saving my aunt's life.I have great respect for Dr Pankaj Rai.🙏

Go this hospital only for consault not for admit here for single day.

My wife is admit here for 24 hour for small prob of stomach pain Dr. Pankaj rai advice to admit for 24 hour to recover water level of body
Next day extend for more 24 hour
Today 3rd day,their staff told take 1 day more for oral treatment that mean no inject no bottle only on tablet but charges are increases only for stay here wao!!!

Prob is patient is in good condition on next day .she also told dr. That she want to go
Very bad expirence to how big dr. Make money this way

Dr. Pankaj rai is good doctor,no doubt! But when talking about hospital and staff never come here.

Nursing Staff is also not good,lack of knowledge
All staff are active when dr pankaj rai is on round to check patient.only cleaning staff is dissapear for 1 hour after that they seen whole day to make a noise.

Hospital assign me pvt room on 2nd floor at front of my room all cleaning staff are present and make too much loudness just like fish market is present here.
In 3 days more that 20 times

Many medicines adviced by dr. Pankaj rai is make too much side effect n they didn't think about that
On 1st day n also last from my side only every thing is okk but In evening dr. Deepak that one always present in emergency ward Provide new injec. Medicine
Which one make reaction next momment when inject in bottle
god help us that not cause a big prob we reject this medicine after complain this to Dr. pankaj Rai he say some time it happen to not suit someone or some side effect happens.
That's true medicine have also demerrit but
On my condition Medicine given by Dr. Pankaj rai side effect is increase the same prob.
After that their staff has full chance to extend the day 1 more to recover.

If you are dying still don’t go to this hospital…. They make this process fast.
Doctor is always travel with bodyguard because he knows that patient family will kill him.

Very good hospital,doctor's are giving very good treatment,facility is very good.

They killed my Aunt. She was suffering From dengue and they showed us fake reports and charged a total amount of 2.5lakhs.
Later, we went to PGI Lucknow and found that all those reports were fake, but we were too late when we reached PGI.
On 2nd day in PGI, my aunt died

Dr pankaj Rai is the worst Dr ever , he's not a Dr he didn't admit my mother just because she done her scissors from another hospital ! He jst charges money!

Lotus Hospital is good in Azamgarh. Cleanness is every where in Hospital. Doctors are highly qualified and well mannerd.
