Reception staff behaviour is very very bad….no cooperate any condition….When we went for ultrasound, we gave our Aadhar card, then said that after copying the photo from outside, a photocopy has not been arranged in the hospital. And you are saying that if you are not getting it done, then take your money back and get it done from somewhere else. This behaviour is very rudely..

Doctor's behavior and experience and nursing staff is very supportive but billing and TPA department takes a lot of time after discharge of patient. The hospital should work on it.
