Service is good but receptionist using phone while job time

The worst staff i have ever seen. Although the doctor was really very good but the staff was beyond description. As soon as we got discarged, they started coming over to us for some seva pani (tip). Moreover, they don't talk to patients nicely at the time of clothing them.

Doctor here does ask to wait patient just because he had friends to visit during his working hours. I was not only the one who waited for an hour but other patients also suffered. Worst experience / faculty!
