folowing are the points which i would appreciate -

The nursing staff is very good .
Cleaning staff was very helpful and supportive
Hospital was clean .
The doctors are very understanding and gentle

All facilities of health issues related our health you can go and get a treatment of health and the staff was good and neat and clean environment provided for the best health and location of hospital is good and see and the nature and behaviour of the staff was good and nurses also concentrate on patient health and doctors are so good but some issues are here is it is more expensive as compared to other ones same treatment is available in less cost as compared to fortune hospital interiors is also good

All doctors are highly qualified and all staff are highly qualified hospital environment is very friendly and helpful and provides good and low cost treatment

Very bad experience very slow service washrooms are very dirty even room are very dirty smell are coming from rooms doctor are their own attitude in emergency they don't know how to behave with the patients nursing staff is good tpa staff is helping I am admitted on Friday and doctor came on Saturday next day after I am admitted worst hospital in kanpur waste of money

Poor staff not to suggest any one to refer this hospital unexperinced nursing staff.. ignorant of their responsibilities and duties. The attending doctors don't have time for their patients.
I am surprised to see such high ratings here in Google. They are totally opposite of what we experienced.

The services they provide are not that much appreciatable if you ask the staff member to pay later any kind of charges even for the medicines they will not take care of your patients . They delay their medications..so I would like to suggest please don't admit your patients here. And also they charge extra money from you

Excellent service in hospital, staff is cooperative, dr manav luthra is best in up for knee transplant service. Really I am very happy with their service and treatment
