The hospital atmosphere is good comparative to other private hospitals in Unnao city, good and supportive staff behaviour. A special thanks to Dr. Vatsala for proper medication and advice, and make it happen for normal delivery of my baby.

Waiting for discharge since morning, No transparency in TPA approvals. We have been following up since morning with Pallvi and as per her process was started, however after 3 hous we came to know that nothing has been initiated, when we ask for proof then they started. Time is money should be tag line for customers too. They should respect patient's time too.

Nursing, and staff are very good, and coperative... Hospital is very clean and good . But only bad thing was that, tv was not working, during, addmission and upto discharge date... Blower was given when i asked them to give..
