I admitted my mother for fracture surgery.
From nurses to doctors each and everyone is very polite and helpful. Diagnosis, treatment and follow up is best in Varanasi as per my experience. Price is also nominal. All kind of instruments are available helping in quick testing.
Cleanliness, food given to the patient is upto the mark. The hospital management even ensure no guardian of patient faces issue in parking. Multiple guards are there to help. Every minute details are looked after. I can surely say Oriana is one of the best Hospital in Varanasi.

Hospital facilities are totally fine. It just their corporate department has some issues. Their corporate contact person JYOTI is such a dumb girl and when she found out that something is her fault she becomes rude. I believe its not professional behaviour we expect at this good hospital. Rest treatment and doctors and other staff are so nice.

I read Amit Jaisawal Sir's advertisement in the newspaper, and when I arrived here, I received good care and underwent a successful knee transplant. The medical personnel as a whole is really kind and humble. Excellent communication with corporate employees Ravi and coligue regarding our medical insurance policy. Doctors specially somitra sir and all staffs are very good, soft spoken and caring but RECEPTIONIST GIRLS are very rude and miss behaving.
Hospital authorities should work on this but health care service and treatment is very good.

Great hospital with great team of doctors. The best part I liked about this hospital is the experienced and patient nursing staff which is lacking in other hospitals of Varanasi.

In terms of facilities and doctors availaibility it's good hospital.
But if ur really worth economically then opt for this otherwise not, their charges are very high.
But treatment is done well.
Remember, it's not about that if ur not worth then ur treatment will not be done well in any other hospital, other hospitals in varanasi are also well equiped and good, so never have such thaughts.
All over seeing cleanliness and facilities and treatment it's good 👍
