I visited my tubal surgery like family planning. Female staff not suggested me correct way directly told to admit and surgery finished. When I was in ICU no one couldn't reply. They shifted me in public ward even I want to take private ward and ready to pay. Nurses are very rude and no one was telling right prescription .after 4 days i got pain and visited another clinic Lady doctor showed my stich conditions. It was really horrible. They are not trained and having experience on patient. It's really playing with someone lifes . Inam having very bad experience

Very baid bathroom condition and bath room water problem

I would highly recommend this because my experience was very good.I got done my ear surgery here in November 2021.The doctors were so good and my surgery was successful.Till date I don't have any problem in my ear.
I am 4/5 star cutting one is only because of expensive cost.

The worst condition of washrooms, this is very big concern of hygiene.no cleaning, water leakage, no locks in door, blockage, broken seats & door. No washrooms on other floors. This is very dangerous for patients helth. As they have to use only this washroom

Best hospital , all staffs have a good behaviour it's a private hospital although It's provide a best service at minimum cost . It's also a medical College so Most of the time it's provide free service. You have to pay only for medicine. Neat and clean hospital only have issue with bathroom . On road haspital most of the person know about this hospital. I m very happy with service.

Worst Hospital ever they don't have any coordination in ICU as well ... My patient is in ICU. I got a call from Hospital at 11.17PM that docter wants to talk attendee, I reached in front of ICU at 11.30PM, I informed them that I got call staff told me that docter is on dinner kindly wait for 10 min. I was waiting for the docter, after giving them so many reminders regarding that call finally at 12.30 they told me other department docter make call and He is not there now. Any sensible person can understand the fear of call from ICU because it's related to your patient but how lethargic and unprofessional staff is working there... it's seems like I am paying in private hospital and staff is worst then government hospital

I think single star is too extra hospital faculty don't deserve this star reviews. Worst experience, no management, treatment is worst then a government hospital after payment couples of thousands rupees. I move from one office to another without any solution..
Worst then Government hospital. All staffs have different opinions and they didn't treat you in proper way.
No information before any treatment and planning. Hospital don't know attendant problems and plan's.
Support staff behaviour very bad and roudy.
Cleaning/hygiene zero.
Public toilet much better hospital's toilet.
