I Prakash Raj Vikram Singh want to write a few lines for your kind attention.My father Anand kumar singh was admitted in your hospital on dated 20 Nov 2018 for hydrocele operation bilateral.His operation was successful and he was discharged on 21 Nov 2018.The office staff did not give me any documents .I asked them for the discharge slip then they told me no problem when you came for cutting the thread in taka that time we keep ready and give you.Again next week we go to the hospital and Dr S N Prasad sir told that no need to cut .We returned back to home with some medicine but the office staff not give me any documents Kya karenge documents ham log to hai hi.
Unfortunately my father was died on 30th Nov 2018 due to cardiac arrest. My Father is working in Offshore infrastructure private limited.In the company of my father there is a pension scheme but they want hospital admition and discharge certificate.
Dear sir I have called on your hospital no.but the person who is speaking on phone very bad person he told me call you tomorrow next day again tomorrow next day evening 1930.I want to contact you directly sir please help me.

Dr. SN Prasad is a very good surgeon and a nice human being. He won't write any extra medicine or charge extra unreasonable.

Doctor is good. But some staff were very greedy. They don't even fixed your problems without bribe.
