If you really want to improve something then tell your whole staff including guards.... That be polite with old peoples and help them..
And don't do a partiality between rich people and poor people coz everyone is equal.. i hope you can understand..... And doctors they're just best because they are experienced and listen to there patients very politely and very nice in manner and about treatment it's little bit costly but it's ok for getting a new life if you're suffering from any serious disease. it is only possible by there doctors really appreciate there work.....

Mayo medical hospital have quality Doctors & staff.Nursing staff & specially paediatric head unit incharge Mr Dileep Gupta is really dynamic,knowledgeable & very much caring obe.Front desk staff is also well trained & pharmacy staff is also very co-operative.
The only thing as suggestion is to keep the all charges subsidused & reasonable one.Thanks to entire staff & doctor

Extremely pathetic experience. Would never choose this hospital for treatment and won’t recommend anyone. My wife was diagnosed with dengue on 1 Nov, and got admitted on 3 Nov. As dengue was on peak the hospital was heavily loaded and private rooms were converted into Semi-private where there was no place for the attendant to stay. Nurses were overloaded too and were not responding to patients grief properly. In 4 days of treatment 4 viggos were changed. Now the worst part comes here, as I had pre and post hospitalisation expenses, I needed original reports to claim that. The hospital staff submitted my original reports while admission and had given me photocopies of the report I have paid for. I came back to get the original reports but now they are not ready to give and blaming on other departments and not sharing my reports

Very good hospital having best experienced doctor. My special thanks to Dr. Alok ji who has treated my son Ayush suffred fm Dengue. All nursing staff are also very polite, coopeeative, good and have well experienced. I also thanks to PICU nursing staff namely Dilip ji who has treated my patient well. My son is now fit n fine.

WORST hospital for ECHS members...never get your treatment started in MaYo...it's sad to see such poor management of doctors & staffs... unnecessary billing "Paisa LOOTNA koi inhse sikhe"

Worst staaff n management ever seen, Govt. Hospital staff are much far even better then you.
"Just a money digger" much more worst words for this but i think they r more of that.

Very poor administration and unsupportive staff, after my wife death in the hospital due to improper treatment of the doctors, hospital created extra bill of 1.2 Lacks, and already I'd spend appx. 6 lacs. For taking the body I have to take loan from my friends then they released.
No humanity! Worse hospital. Even more!After getting death certificate hospital didn't give any information for collection, and I know that how much trouble they created for me.
I request you to rethink before taking any services from this hospital.
