MGM Hospital

Very nice hospital and good facilities but very high fees of doctor

MGM hospital is the best hospital of this area. The rates and fees of Dr is very reasonable with compare than others. Treatment is very good. Each and every thing clearly told to attendents.

Staff has no manners how to talk with patient specially receptionist has no manner worst experience with staff and reception they have a lot of attitude

Wrost staff and treatment ... they are making fool of us
Also there pathalogy have false reports by which they can hold patient for more time to make money.
Charging too much for treatment , visting charge + additional doctor .
Never go there they only make money by fooling us
Mainly they earn from cghs or echs .. i urge govt. to take action against them

Drs are strict and straight forward .Neuro and gynae department are the best in class

not clean and not good service

I took my mother to Dr. M M Gopal (husband of Dr Pooja Pal) for neuro related problems.
Doctor's cabin was more of a drawing room where family members were coming constantly. Rather than consulting patients he was discussing family matters with them.
Secondly, Instead of listening to our health problems, doctor was busy in prescribing the medicines without listening about the issues and when asked about the illness, reason..we got the reply, 'What you will do to know the illness'
It is such an unprofessional behavior from a doctor.
Staff behavior was also like they were goons as they literally pulled us out of the cabin.
We never expect this kind of treatment.

Worst experience with this hospital ,On my personal opinion if you have some money for servival in life, then definitely you will loss here all money , and the behaviour of Dr. Pooja pal is very bad , she do not talk like a normal doctor and other thing is here that 0% discount in all medicine ,,totally money is important here , if in the review section have 0 star then sure I will give 0 star.
