The Gastro-Liver Hospital

I visited here to get my UPPER GI endoscopy done.

Firstly you will have to wait in line to get XRAY done for 300 rupees, which god knows why but it's probably way to make more money in the name of COVID 19.

Then we were sent downstairs where again we waited for my endoscopy turn to come. Endoscopy charges were 2250 rupees.
After the endoscopy was done, the report was provided after 45 min to 1 hour.

Overall okish experience, but management could have been better.

Hospital staff is busy flirting and joking with each other. Gross misconduct and zero professional etiquates. Do not recommend this hospital.

The hospital is nice, although there is too much of a crowd here hence it takes a lot of time.
You should come here with the intent of spending a few hours at least depending on your appointment.
You can take an appointment in the morning on a call and meet the doctor. All the tests are also done here.

Experience with the Doctor was gentle. But the staff is seriously very rude. It never seems like they are really working in HealthCare sector. They don’t know that Patients should be treated very politely. Most disturbing things I found was revealing Patient’s past and Personal Information in-front of others, this is against Health Care protocols. It feels like patient’s privacy has been violated. You can expect a proper consultation with the Doctor. Treatment and examination is up to the mark. You can ignore the staff working there from reception to Basic health check up team. They all are busy in talking absurd.

Mishra ji very good doctor along with good man.
He is totaly dedicated towards his patient. He is also doing hard work. Continued attend patiend mid night aprrox 12 or 1 o'clock.He is also very humble person the way he talk personally I like too much.
He is not arrogant at all. Like other ones

I experienced very poor service. Had to wait for a short consultation from 7 am to 10:30 pm. There is no value for other's time.

Worst experience of my life they don't treat the patient in a right manner And they are not able to provide you the best services if someone is suffering from liver disease and somehow condition may be serious pls don't go there they can't save patients .They are not able to save other's life .Rest choice is your's.I am saying this only because of my experience I lost one of my family member just because of their stupidity and lastly they're saying Liver disease can't be cured if it's not possible then why you opened a hospital .Only for 5 days They are charging 4 lakhs we managed it any how but on 6th day the doctor said Sorry he is no more . There's no humanity to save anyones life they are treating their profession as a business by charging lakhs of rupees without saving anyone's life .I am giving it a 5 star just bcoz everyone see it and they save their money as well as their family members life .

Waste of money,waste of time and waste of life. Behaviour of staff is so rude.totally money and life wasting place . I didn't recommend this hospital
