Taking too much time because of Long queue and Mismanagement of patients. AC not working in peak hours. Staff should professional and have proper dress code. Billing should computerised and more digital options like Paytm ,Amazon pay etc.
Doctors is very good and polite.

Went for a regular eye checkup here. It was busy and it took around 3:30 hours. The doctor is good and trustworthy. However, other staff are unprofessional and can be misleading.
