Low consultation fees. Prescribes less and low cost medicines. Famous for Dr. Gangaraju and good diagnosis. However consultation process is a nightmare. No proper serial or queue system. Have to request the compounder (gatekeeper) number of times until he sends us in for consultation. The wait is not yet over.. You will find one more queue about nearly ten patients waiting inside the consultation room for a chance to meet the doctor. Get yourself prepared.

This review is not about the doctor The patient is unhappy with the front desk’s behavior and inability to offer her a resolution for her queries, your staff (Kiran ) is rude, inattentive & mannersless. I hope DR.Ganga raju take initiative to respond to the review and to fix the issue, without defending her staff

West hospital don't go to this hospital, stuff is very bad and the cost is very high compared to other hospitals This is my genuine and real time experience, my thinking & my experience children's life very risk to take the treatment this hospital
