I have been to this place , I will tell you every thing in detail how the situation is here .
Dr. Rama Rao Garu May know how to manage disc problems and he might have cured few or many people also am not sure about it, but I can tell you how it is going there now . There are many people coming from different places (Vizag, Banglore , Kurnool...from different states also just by seeing his videos on youtube hoping that they get cure as they found he is not at all charging for the treatment so he must be genuine, Yes he doesn't charge at all at the same he doesn't treat at all.
1)Doctor is not even spending half minute with patients( If you have doubts can give try and verify with all the patients in a given day) 2)coming to treatment he is just pressing at disc place and saying your problem is cured..I literally don't understand how could this happen. 3) In his videos he has clearly mentioned that with the medicated oil he needs to do massage and it takes 4 to 5 days to do it. more over he also mentioned with out oil one should not touch the disk as it will rapture the disk but he presses on the disc with out any oil .he conflicts with his statement only by not using oil at all that clearly says he is not at all interested in treating patients due to the large number of people. 4) Yes, He is not charging a single rupee also for the treatment but He also has to understand how much money and effort people would invest to reach him. I have met few people over there who were saying that they will spend the night at bus stop since they can't afford stay at any hotel of course that's not the problem of the doctor some how they have to manage but they do all this for treatment but the doctor is not at all treating them. 5) The worst part is no patient management at all like how to get appointment/ who gives appointment/ They don't deal the patients as per appointment at all.
Please don't think that I am writing this all to blame doctor or complain some one am just trying to share my experience such that others can save their time.
I sincerely request every one not to visit from long places and suffer more unless the doctor is treating with the actual process and patient management.

He is God, not a Doctor.
Guys if not interstd just go off, but dont comment negatively. He is doing social service not charging any thing. How can he respond to your cals he is not free to lift your cal and answer. Queue sytem, if you are so good enough go and do service and make a queue format. Without any fee how can anyone maintain all facilities for you.

Not sure about treatment... But worst management. Not clarity at all. Thought it's a free treatment or chargeable, minimum respect should be given to people who visit.

Not sure about treatment but worst management. Every thing is managed by the tea shop people which is beside the hospital. Men at the gate allows every one inside except the common people. Don't even try the numbers no one answers it.
