Our only reason to visit this Hospital is Dr Surya prakash whom we have been visiting for the past 20 years . My parents and my in-laws were all taken care under his guidance . He’s the best .. He’s the only reason to visit the hospital again and again although it’s so much pain handling with the management staff ..

Now the management part , from the past 20 yrs there’s no improvement in management and handling the patient crowd . Usually it takes time and waiting hours to visit any doctor in super speciality hospital but the irony here is you have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for your op billing . There is a patient coming for every 5 min for almost 10 + doctors and there’s a single person handling the OP registration, how worse can this go . And the staff is so rude , they ask for your appointment time and even if you are late by 5 min . They say that was the reason for missing the appointment and instead making us sit for more than 2 hrs minimum ..

Person name Charry who is responsible to handle bills is so rude patient is in critical condition but he is not allowing to start the treatment bcuz we have to pay the money already v have paid 20k n he’s still asking us to pay 54k. Request you all not to come to this hospital if the patient condition is serious as I felt it’s a money minded hospital request the hospital head to change this behaviour or method of treatment highlighting CHARRY here

Hospital has excellent Doctors, Nurses and cleaning staff. All are prompt in delivery world class service. Dr. Surya prakash garu, Dr. Sanjeeva Rao garu and Dr. Sai krishna garu are highly talented people and we got excellent treatment. Among the Nursing staff Ms. Prasnna lata, Ms. Komali, Ms. Terissa and Mr. Gopal are extremely professionals. They are so kind not only my husband but all the patients. We were fortunate to get treatment in this hospital. The maintenance and hygienic are excellent. The other doctors who attended my husband are too kind and provided good treatment. The nursing staff in the ward are also very good and use to visit patients frequently and provided medicines time to time. I would in last can say the Hospital is world class.

I am associated with care hospital since 2003 . I had heart problems then. Dr SURYAPRAKASH Garu saved my life at that time, since then I was been treated by him, then i had problems In year 2015 & 2020. My condition was critical in the 2020. Dr. Surya Prakash garu gave me courage and did Angioplasty then he suspected there is a heart valve problem in me and kept me on medication. In October 2022 again my health deteriorated I had severe exhaustion and swelling in my legs. In the same month periodical check up with Dr. Surya Prakash garu. I discussed with him about the risk factors for which he let me know the risk then he advised me that I should see Dr. Sanjeeva Rao - Surgeon he examined me. Both the Doctors discussed about my case and referred me to undergo some tests. After that they explain me clearly about open heart surgery. I was operated on 11 th November 2022. The surgery went through 7 hours though it was critical Dr Sanjeev Rao garu and Dr Surya Prakash garu gave me a new life. Hats off for their professionalism. After that I was recovered in ICU. The Nursing staff mainly Ms. Prasannalata, Ms. Teressa, Ms. Komali & Mr. Gopal look after me so well. Then I was shifted to ward where the nursing and cleaning staff are extremely good. The general cleanliness is well maintained I had a world class treatment. I personally thank Dr. Surya Prakash garu and Dr. Sanjeev Rao garu for putting me back to life.

Good hospital with excellent doctors. Nurses, staff are excellent. Billing process is quite time taking may be improved.

I underwent for angioplasty recently.Dr.G.Surya Prakash sir and his team rendered me an excellent treatment. On 3rd day I was discharged without having any kind of problems. Post procedure follow-up of GSP sir is also highly appreciable. Thanks once again to Sri G. Suryaprakash sir and CARE.

Very commercial hospital, they charge first time registration as rs 250 and in bill it's mentioned as "documentation charges" i don't this patient book should cost 250rs .and will take consultation charges after 2 days of discharge as patient has insurance. Usually pateint will have free follow up visit after 7-10 days of discharge .but in this hospital it's free for patients who are admitted on cash payments only.

I would like to give 2 star rating but because of the doctors I am giving 3 star. First of all NO Parking. Seating is also very less. Pathology works very slow.
Best departments are cardiology and Neurology.
