Medicover Hospital - Best Hospital Karimnagar

Worst hospital. Very bad service. There is no in doctor in medicover. Doctors are called from another organisation for checkups and surgeries. Personally faced lots of issues. So i don't recommend this hospital for anyone. Please be cautious..

Doctor did a great job with my first ever health exam. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. The hospital staff was also kind and friendly. They were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance🙏

My wife got admitted in medicover hospitals 3 days back in general ward and ICU the nursing staff and other ip staff offered good hostility DR. Prathista rao Madam and DR Anil sir Treated us like family, and gave us proper medical advice which helped my wife to recover speed .

My Father got admitted in hospital for cardiac issue. The overall service is good .Dr Kiran Kumar is soo good.He explained things very clearly to my family about the health condition time to time .Very thankful for the doctor,he haven't kept us in panic situation like other doctors.For any cardiac issue particularly for angiogram ,I would suggest this doctor .The management is also good ,they explain the things clearly like Arogya Sri nd Operation related procedures . My self Suresh from Mancherial. On 14th dec 22 visited this hospital in the early morning 6AM due to my wife pregnancy related issues HELLP syndrome. When we visited the hospital duty doctors checked previous reports and told us no issues. Everything normal. Post 8AM gynecologist Dr. Prathiksha came nd checked nd told us more complications are there and we need 4 to 5 specialist doctors who are available also. Please arrange the 2 units of blood and Platelets, plasma. Hospital staff only gave one blood bank pamplet name some blood bank, near saffron house. We went there they are saying if donor is there we will charge for 12k for platelets etc. Also we tried outside blood banks and donors also. We called the hospital staff saying we have donors and we will bring the blood from other blood bank. The hospital staff rudely saying if you are bring from outside if any infections to patients that is your responsibility. You should bring blood from which we are referred. It's really they are doing a side business. Anyway finally we bought blood and plasma and Platelets from same blood bank which they referred. After sometime we consulted one of my family doctor about the situation. They called the hospital enquired about the patient condition. Then actual seen started. Around 3.30 to 4 pm they are called us for counseling and doctors saying patients condition not good her blood not clotting. It's difficult to handle the situation in karimnagar please take her to Hyderabad. They charged around 40k for morning 6 to evening 6 only. Just for investigations and ICU charges. For ambulance also they charged around 13k from knr to hyd. Every where they looted us like anything. Atleast they could have inform little bit early we can plan accordingly. While leaving the hospital I asked about the blood and plasma which we bought hospital staff said you can utilize in Hyderabad hospital. Again asked any precautions or any ice box to keep the blood. They gave it in one carry bag. We reached Hyderabad and I told to hospital staff they said without any precautions you bought that blood unable to use. It is waste of money and blood it can be used some other people if they guided us properly. Also in this hospital most are the PG students. In this hospital most are not that much experienced staff also bring the doctors from other hospitals. For blood only we spent almost 30 to 40 k. Waste of money time and patient health under risk.
