I know corporate hospitals are all about money but this is next level.Hospital staff have no decency,Intensive care unit seems to be more horrible to night. Nurse sneezes out in the ICU.The washrooms aren't clean and makes you feel using a public toilet.
The intensive care unit maintenance is another pathetic situation. They'll not be keen on any of these issues. When it comes to money I personally saw a case where the person came with a lesser amount explaining his financial situation but the supervisor suggests him you should have gone for a government hospital.
The poor person even touched the feet begging him to reduce the bill amount. But things doesn't happen in corporate hospitals. I dont know how the supervisor would react if the same thing happens to him in another big hospital!!.
I admitted my father in 1st week of May 2021.
Possitive: Treating doctor N.Rajesh was very nice and treated well, even available on calls and clarifies all my doubts.
Negative:
No infrastructure
Over charged
Un professional staff and management
Corruption
No hygiene
I admitted my father in ICU, my experience was very bad on first day, Need to take my father to do different tests, ward boy was demanded 500 to take him through wheel chair, for ECG report operator was asking 100 for glouse and other cleaning material, i was surprised and shocked with these tips.
I though to complain about this to management, and waited more than 1hour outside CEO cabin, finally he called me, i explained whole story and given few staff names who is asking the tips, he was predicting that this was never happened and not in his knowledge and thanked me for highlighting this, immediately he called his supervisor and manager to take immediate action to stop the tips immediately.
also given me the supervisor number (Naresh) , next day my situation was more worsened, they did not changed bed sheet and not cleaned near by my fathers bed.
Immediately i called supervisor and explained the situation, iam shocked to hear his response, i never thought.....
He clearly saying there is no bed sheets in the hospital and cleaning also will not be done immediately, i told i will again give complaint to CEO against you and your staff, his response was pls go to another hospital, we are running out of oxygen, our management asked to convey this message to you, even though they are admitted new patients daily.
Finally my conclusion was every body knows about this tips and management also supported.
Worst hospital not recommended.
