Srilatha Nursing home - Many people come here for maternity treatments. But staff looks like illiterate and don't know how to behave with customers. They are mad staffs and irritating as well. Knowingly they poke customers and they charge double cost for masks and don't give authenticated bills.
Very sad to see such behaviour by staff where as doctor response is good but staff stays most of the time with petient and they need to be more responsible.

Worst experience with staff.. especially reception counter has maintain rudely and hasrsh with patients. Irresponsible answer with patients.. Doctor maintain a good relationship with pregnancy and all patients.. so overall hospital are good. Once you talk with ur staff and maintain good relationship with patients if those don't do that hospital image bad.

Mainly hospital infrastructure is very bad. No waiting hall. Very bad weather and bad air inside the hospital. There is a very wonderful rule here one should leave their footwear outside the building.

Worst experience with front line staff especially reception counter is maintaining one male person ...he is talking rudely and his behaviour was worst ..he is thinking like he is the doctor. ..bad experience

Just want to say thank you so much to a wonderful compassionate doctor, Dr. M. Srilatha. You have a heart of gold and are the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be for the patient.

My self Suresh. Every month my wife went for the regular check ups.We went on after 9 months and doctor told please plan within a week and come for delivery. Unfortunately after consultation with her next day my wife BP increased and body swelling so we went to nearby singareni area hospital in RKP. Those doctors refered some tests done with the tests and results are abnormal so SCCL area hospital doctors told us to go to Mancherial where regular checkups done. So we called the hospital at 9PM on 13th December and we went to the hospital. Hospital staff said doctor told to give pantaprazole injection. I asked them did you check the report, they recklessly said no and I asked them to call the doctor and i want to talk with her because reports every thing abnormal. Hospital staff said doctor not available out of station. After that we requested and argue with them. Again staff telling to the doctors about the reports. Staff told us BP is high so please take her into medilife hospital. I requested them once give a call to srilatha madam we want to discuss about patient but they denied and seriously saying go to medilife hospital no physician available. Again we asked after BP control shall we come back to the hospital for that one also they are saying doctor will tell what to do please follow. We are helpless so went to medilife hospital within 30min they done blood tests and doctor vamshi in medilife told condition is not good . Please go to higher center without delay. Atleast based on previous abnormal reports madam should inform us but not done. srilatha madam can inform us about the situation since we went for regular checkups to her hospital only. After that we went to karimngar there also no proper treatment again went to Hyderabad. Atleast everyone could understand the pain of the 9 month pregnant women travelling till Hyderabad. Because hospital are not provided proper guidance initially. Mother and baby both are under risk. Really I am not suggesting this hospital any more in my circle. Really bad behaviour. Doctor minimum responsibility to provide patient condition to the their relatives. I will pray God no one should get this type of situation. I thought to complaint to DMHO and Collector also.

Worst management.. no perfect system for patients appointment.. management just treat patients and patient attenders as nothing.. if you need to consult doctor you have to show your influence and visit hospital if not it takes 6 hours to visit.. it's better to have dharshan at TTD THIRUMALA.. you loose your patience and go empty handed.. medam patients approach you for your trusted service pls change appointment system.. presently even govt hospital staff is well..

One of the worst hospital ever seen in Mancherial.
Not maintaining number system.
There is no cleanness.
Nurses are behaving very rude.
